2. Go to the Get NeoCash page http://ncmall.neopets.com/mall/shop.phtml
3. Select the amount of the card you are redeeming
4. Enter the code that our store sent in your receipt into the PIN Code field
5. Click "Redeem" and shop for items in the NC Mall
