Trust Who ID Verification Service
Trust Who ID Verification is a service that verifies your identity with the goal of removing some of the anonymity from online trades and sales. The requirements of Trust Who ID Verification are that you be located in your home town when ordering, that you provide accurate contact information including telephone number and street address, and that you provide a physical form of identification (ID) through which we can verify you.
The physical ID can be a government issued ID such as a drivers license, or a passport. To submit the ID you will need to email a color scan of the ID id@trustwho.com . This email box is only available to management within the TrustWho organization and is used solely for the purposes of ID verification.

What Trust Who ID Verification IS NOT :

Our verification process uses a system that was developed by Shattered Crystal. Shattered Crystal is a sales site for game codes and other virtual products. When they first opened they had a very trusting sales system that allowed people to make purchases and it did not check to see if they were the real owner of the credit card or Paypal account. Once scammers discovered this system didn't do any checking the site lost thousands of dollars a day in theft. It forced the site to close and reevaluate how sales were done. Over the next few years they implemented changes to stop fraud. Today they have less than a ½% fraud rate. This is much better than any retail store. The system is so good that we can use it for the Trust Who verifications.
