Angel sent a email that i was unable to recieve a phone call from them, it was due to the fact that my phone number on the paypal account and my new phone number was different, i sent a email back with my new phone number and within a matter of minutes Angel called and had a little verification and my code was sent straight away when i hanged up.

I have been shopping with Shattered Crystal for over a year now and they have never let me down. When time get rough on Eve, I know I can rely on SC to be there day and night to help out.
Plus, if you have a changing IP, or travel, a bonus and downside is that they hold onto your code to make sure you are really you ordering. This is a nice feature, and rarely have they taken more then a few hours to clear up any issues.

Being a console importer from Australia, having access to points cards from other regions is essential to accessing online services. I've tried a few similar services to Shattered Crystal, but Shattered Crystal is by far the best. Once my initial order was placed, within one and half hours I received a phone call to verify my credentials and I was a purchasing Wii points immediately after. You guys are pretty fast indeed. First time it took some half hour or so (with the checking on phone), some dude asked me weird questions, some of them pretty hard to answer (well how should he know to ask relevant questions of Budapest, Hungary :) ) but all was good (call quality was not the best, tho, maybe Skype out or something).
Now, second time it was 5 or 10 minutes and I got my codes, wasn't expecting to, it was nighttime in the US (7 am cet or so). :)

ok i tough i would receive a call but no nothing happened why because my paypal account was already approved so as soon as the payment was made i have checked exactly 2 minutes after my payment was done i received a second email saying my that my payment was approved and i have received the game time code in it. extremly fast i approve compleatly this site. excellent work guys keep it up like that and trust me in 90 days when my time wil end i will surely come back here to buy more :D and i will also refere my friend on play other games to come here to buy game time code.
